Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment.

To track your package and follow its journey to your doorstep, simply click the ‘View your order’ button in your order confirmation email. You’ll find your tracking number and real-time updates right there.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Rosy is not responsible for delays due to customs.
